WHY WE EXIST

Advertising is a creative industry, but it has always been strangely conservative. We are too comfortable with the status quo, and how we look, work, and treat our people has not changed in decades.

The founding team of Brandsheep come from jobs where we had the privilege to build and lead large teams. We made plenty of mistakes along the way, but we also learned a lot. Most importantly, we understand how the agency business can be better.

We believe that it is time for us to unlearn the cliches that we have quietly absorbed into our everyday lives. We want to create an agency that is truly creative, innovative, and progressive.

Here are some of the ways that we plan to change the agency business:

We focus on building a culture of creativity and innovation. We believe that the best ideas come from a diverse and inclusive workforce. Pull a chair in the meeting room and let's discuss ideas..

We are transparent with our clients about our work and our process. We want them to be involved in every step of the way.

The world certainly doesn’t need another advertising agency. But what we believe it does need is a serious re-imagination of the agency experience - both for clients and for the talent in advertising.

Hence, we exist to build the power of community of creative professionals.

OUR PRINCIPLES

As we set out to build Brandsheep Collective, we crafted our operating principles by gathering inputs from our team and drawing insights from our past experiences in this business. A business we all love but has so much room to be better. These principles will encompass not just how we currently act, think, and work together, but also demonstrate where we are headed as a company. They will be the foundation upon which our culture and success will be built. It is incumbent upon everyone here to live up to and model these in order to build an organisation that we will be proud to belong to. As we grow, we hope to come back to these values every year, reassess them and put it to vote internally.
